We are looking for patients who would like to share their ideas, feedback and experiences to help us improve the services we provide.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) gives you the opportunity to:

• Share your views about the practice
• Help shape future services
• Work together with staff to enhance patient care
• Represent the wider patient community

We welcome patients of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. You can take part in meetings, surveys or simply receive updates - whatever level of involvement suits you.
