Should you need to complain about the surgery please follow the procedure detailed below.
Your complaint will be dealt with immediately and efficiently.
- Please send you complaint via email swlicb.cavendishhouse@nhs.net, or complete the online form. Your complaint will be acknowledged.
- Once your complaint has been received it will be actioned by the Management Team. You will then be contacted and given the option to discuss over the telephone or invited into the practice to discuss your complaint or concerns.
An explanation will be given where possible, and a timescale for any investigation that needs to take place. This will hopefully be completed within 10 working days.
Complaints are reviewed and discussed to ascertain learning points which are shared with the team.
